Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Ginn ("Ginn", "we", "us"), a product of No Ifs Only Bots, including our website, WhatsApp and Telegram services, and the Ginn connector for Tally (the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to act for the business whose Tally data you connect. You are responsible for keeping your account and connected devices secure, and for all activity under your account.

2. The Service

Ginn provides an AI assistant that reads data from the Tally company you connect and returns answers, tables, charts and downloadable files in response to your questions. Ginn is a tool to help you access your own information; it is not a substitute for professional accounting, tax or legal advice.

3. Your data & access

You grant us permission to access the Tally data you connect solely to provide the Services. Access is read-only by default. You are responsible for the accuracy of the underlying data in Tally and for the permissions you grant to your team. Our handling of data is described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to: (a) use the Services unlawfully or to infringe others' rights; (b) attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the Services; (c) resell or provide the Services to third parties without our written consent; or (d) use the Services to access data you are not authorised to access.

5. Accuracy of answers

Ginn generates answers from your Tally data and, like any software using AI, may occasionally be incomplete or incorrect. You should verify important figures before relying on them for filings, payments or decisions. The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

6. Fees & billing

Paid plans are billed in Indian Rupees as described on our Pricing page, exclusive of applicable taxes. Fees are charged in advance for the billing period. You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future billing. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

7. Third-party services

The Services rely on third parties such as WhatsApp, Telegram, payment gateways and cloud providers. Your use of those platforms is subject to their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability or actions.

8. Intellectual property

Ginn, its software, branding and content are owned by No Ifs Only Bots and its licensors. These Terms do not transfer any of our intellectual property to you. Your data remains yours.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

10. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or to protect the Services. You may stop using the Services and disconnect your Tally at any time.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at our registered place of business shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any applicable consumer-protection rights.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a new date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
